Angelo Raciti
Founder and Director
Angelo is personally involved with every aspect of the business. He will answer your call, issue all quotes, and sign all contracts. He also closely monitors each division and supports customer needs and queries.
Angelo believes the most important values are people, relationships and trust, and this business reflects these values.
Monica Grasso
Office & Marketing Manager
Monica joined A.R.C. in February 2020. She brings a wealth of experience in many areas and valuable knowledge of graphic design and marketing materials.
Monica is responsible for positioning the brand in the market, tracking and analyzing advertising campaigns, and ensuring all marketing materials align with our brand identity.
She is also responsible for HR, H&S, and some administrative work, which she shares with our administrative team.
Renuka Wickes
Maintenance and Administration Manager
Renuka joined A.R.C. in February 2022. She brings great experience in office administration with her.
She is a professional who coordinates our organization’s administration system and general workflows, supervises the maintenance team and ensures daily office tasks are completed seamlessly.
Alain Fidele
Maintenance Division Manager - Inner London
Alain is our new member of the maintenance team. He has shown great capacity, experience, passion, and teamwork since his first day. He is responsible for bringing the customer's desires in all maintenance aspects to life with the team members.
He has a lot of experience as a team manager, and we don't rule out a long and prosperous career with us for him.
