Meet the Office Team
Angelo Raciti
Founder and Director
Angelo is personally involved with every aspect of the business. He will pick up your call, issue all quotes and sign all contracts. He closely monitors each division of the business and supports customer needs and queries.
Angelo believes the most important values are people, relationships and trust and this business reflects these values.
Monica Grasso
Office & Marketing Manager
Monica joined A.R.C in February 2020. She brings with her a wealth of experience in many areas and has valuable knowledge in graphic design and marketing material.
Monica is responsible for positioning the brand on the market, tracking and analyzing advertising campaigns and ensuring that all the marketing materials are in line with our brand identity.
She is also responsible of the HR, H&S, and part of the admin works which she share with our admin team.
Renuka Wickes
Maintenance and Administration Manager
Renuka joined A.R.C in February 2022. She brings with her a great experience in office administration.
She is a professional who coordinates our organization’s administration system and general workflows, supervise the maintenance team and ensure daily office tasks are completed seamlessly.
Alain Fidele
Maintenance Division Manager - Inner London
Alain is our new entry in the maintenance team, and from his first day has shown a great capacity, experience, passion and great team work. He is responsible for bringing live customer's desires in all maintenance aspects together with the maintenance team members.
He has a lot of experience as team manager, and and we don't rule out for him a long and prosperous career with us.
Clive Sachse
Maintenance Division Manager - Outer London
